My Dog Was Spayed 11 Days Ago At The Age

my dog was spayed 11 days ago at the age of 12 due to complications from Pyometra, today she started vaginally bleeding/clotting, is this normal, she was spotting but not much, tonight seems to be quite a bit and is bright red, although not constant. she is acting normal and eating and drinking as usual. should she be brought to an emergency veternarian hospital ?
