My Dr Prescribed Me Doxycycline And Flagyl For 7 Days

my dr prescribed me doxycycline and flagyl for 7 days because of symptoms I have ( milky discharge & fishy odor) . I had a pap done last month which showed microplsma genetelium. I had a repap done two days ago to see if that treatment worked, after the test I developed the above symptoms and cramps. I.don't have a set diagnosis yet. is it safe to take both medications together ?
