My Ears Have Been Screwed Up For A Couple Weeks

my ears have been screwed up for a couple weeks now. my ears feel like I am underwater, or have been on an airplane, like my ears have "popped" but it never goes away. I am sensitive to loud noises and can hear noises that are farther away better then noises that are closer to me.
