My Entire Abdomen Is Bloated, I Have Stomach Pain Unlike

my entire abdomen is bloated, I have stomach pain unlike I have ever had, sometimes sharp pain, somtimes dull. I am not constipated, I do have acid reflux but this feels nothing like that. I am not sure what the problem could be, I have had pain for two weeks and trying to acertain of it is food releated, I do not believe it is as I have been eating a very blind diet to determine where the pain is deratived from. I had a gastric bypass ten years ago and a tummy tuck five years ago. I am worried the pain may be from one of these surgeries. What do you recommend?
