My Eustacin Tubes Are Patialy ( Little Bit ) Blocked

my eustacin tubes are patialy ( little bit ) blocked & so i have hearing problem i.e. low hearing as i had viral infection 3 wks before treated with prednisolone &antibiotic , i have mild diabeties i am 75 yrs old ,coronery art disease . Will i have to pay for my this question if u answer , this i want to know before u start
