My Eyes Shake Up And Down Sometimes. People Don't Actually

my eyes shake up and down sometimes. People don't actually see them do it, but I do. Whatever I'm looking at starts jumping rapidly, which makes it hard to walk and drive. What could this be? Sometimes when I have the vent on in the vehicle and the air hits my face it causes this, but not always.
