My Family Doctor Sent Me To A Sugery Doctor For

my family doctor sent me to a sugery doctor for hemangioma that keeps bleeding near my fingernail on my left hand...She did something with some kind of sticks that looked like big matches.,sent me home 2 weeks ago with 6 of them to do myself.,tomorrow I return to her to look at, my finger ,if I bump it still burst aand bleed....this has me scared and aggrated
