My Father Aged 72yrs Had His Blood Tested.result Shows Haemoglobin

my father aged 72yrs had his blood tested.result shows Haemoglobin 11.5 ; Total RBC Count 3.69 ;PCV 34.7% MCV 94.3 MCH 31.1 MCHC 33.1 RDW CV 12.6% Total WBC 5000 Platelet count 2.08 lakh ;creatine 1.03;cholestrol 204.stool for occult blood is negative .ultrasound abdomen showed uncomplicated cyst kidney ,mild prostatomegaly ,liver size 16cms.No h/o Diabetes.urine r/e is normal

he has no urinary complaints.had history of small calculi in kidney 2.8 to 3.5mm sized.not seen in repeat ultrasound after treatment .My concern is about low total RBC Count and about the cysts in both kidneys which measure 15 by 12mm and 18 by 10mm and 7by 5mm and 6.5 by 5mm( 4 cortical cysts) and 41 by 30 mm (parapelvic cyst)
