My Father Had Recently Suffered From Dengue 1 Weak Earlier...

my father had recently suffered from dengue 1 weak earlier... after returning home from the hospital he remains almost ok during daytime but at a certain period around 6pm-9 pm he suffers a little bit fever ... at that time his body temperature sometimes rise 99 or 100 or 101-degree Fahrenheit. What could be basically the problem or disease he is suffering.
