My Father Has Had Several Heart Procedures He Still Has

my father has had several heart procedures he still has shortness of breathe anda dizzy feeling when he does something as simple as bend to tie his shoes.. He also has the sensation of cobb webbs on his upper body. The did two different procedures and have determined it not to be a heart related issue. He is 70 in otherwise good health, a nonsmoker but does has problems with high blood pressure. We see his heart Dr on Tuesday.. What questions should I ask to get to the bottom of this issue
