my father has prostatic CA Gleason 9 diagnosticated on 4-19-13. Underwent prostatectomy/ orchiectomy. 3 months ago his PSA went really high besides hematuria and signs and symtoms of DVT afecting left tibio-ulnar trunk. he is receiving currently leuprolide depot 7.5 mg besides an antibiotic fot UTI. would be possible to add some Iron to his prescription? does the Fe can be added as he is anemic due to his nephrosis.
