My Father Suffered From Hapatitis B, 7 Years Ago But

my father suffered from Hapatitis B, 7 years ago but recovered, now my father had pain in right side of abdomen and when he went to doctor, Doctor prescribed for ultrasound, blood test, and liver function test.In ultrasound report my father had fatty liver and parenchymal echo pattern with inflammation and sgot level is 55 while sgpt level is normal.Doctor said you have NASH and gave vitamin E tablets and calcium tablet but sir my father have digestive problem and feel again pain in right side of abdomen.i want to ask what is the treatment of NASH, does it progress to liver cirrhosis.
