My Fiance Has Pus Filled Bump At The Beginning Of

my fiance has pus filled bump at the beginning of his penis, they are mostly white/green looking and are only at the beginning of his penis, he also as accompanying cyst or two and a scab, which both are std free, and thats not a option hei s in much pain and very ill and uncomfortable any idea of what this could be? we will be goin tot he er in a day or so. it seems like its just his hair follicles that are infected, there a hair in every one of the white/greenish pus filled blister/or places. what could this be?
