My First And Hopefully Last Renal Sonogram Showed A One

my first and hopefully last renal sonogram showed a one cm. cyst, with an adjacent five mm. calcification.
What is the significance of the above? I 'm asymptomatic, and symptom free ( well a little concerned
obviously), renal functions are "normal".
