My Five Year Old Son Fell From The Height Of

my five year old son fell from the height of 70 CM and injured his left buttock it was swollen and painful after taking rest for two weeks he started playing as usual after a week a lump was developed on that left buttock and gradually it is growing and now it is in size of a table tennis ball - please suggest me urgently what to do.
