My Flank Around My Lower Back Is Very Sore On

my flank around my lower back is very sore on both sides, my hips are sore and I do not have much of an appetite. this has been going on for about three days. It appears that it may be a kidney infection symptom.
sitting still it does not hurt much getting out of the chair and bending over it does.
