m.y foof hurts on top of the foot , its a throbby pain sometimes sharp pain when standing or walking . it stops when i rest it. i have an appointment on tuesday what can i do prior to the appointment to relieve some of the pain. i still have a few days of work left and weight barring on it causes pain
