My Foreskin Seems To Have Thinned, There Seems To Be

my foreskin seems to have thinned, there seems to be only a very fine layer of skin between the surface and the veins beneath, whereas the skin seems much thicker further down. any ideas on how this could be treated of indeed it its a problem to worry about
