My Four Year Old Niece Has Small Bruise On Her

my four year old niece has small bruise on her forearms and shins. Now she has a larger one on her hip none of them are lumpy nore biger then a qurter nire painful. She has had them constantly since she came to live with us in augest. Should i be worried?
