My Friend At Work Stomach Is Very Swollen, She Has

my friend at work stomach is very swollen, she has lost a lot of weigh, she was never heavy. her legs are very swollen also . she said she went to the dr, and he told her that it was intestine fugus. I really dont think she has gone to the dr, her face looks like a skeleton. how can i help her?
