My Friend Found Her Mother, A 73 Year Old This

my friend found her mother, a 73 year old this morning barely conscious, covered in drool in a puddle of hewn urine. she called paramedics and had her taken to the hospital. The drs are saying that this related to a bladder infection that she has been battling for nearly 2 months. she also struggles with diabetes. Do you think it is possible that she had a seizure?
