my friend had a PCL strain and bruised distal femur due to a posterior translation of tibia on a fixed femur while playing soccer. She is worried about her knee effusion in the suprapatellar bursa sac and that it is not going away. How long can she expect to wait for the swelling/fluid to dissipate?
