My Friend Has A Swelling In The Inner Corner Of

my friend has a swelling in the inner corner of her right eye, just under or by the puncta (or the tear drain) . she says it feels like it is getting bigger but it isn't visible. the eye though is very red in the corner of the eye and one can feel a small bump.
