My Friend Has Been In Severe Pain That Has Just

my friend has been in severe pain that has just been getting worse. she had 8 teeth removed Thursday including 4 wisdom teeth. her face is swollen more than usual and her bruises are extensive. she is taking her pain meds and antibiotics as prescribed but nothing seems to help. he barely can even eat yogurt now. is there anything she can do extra to ease the pain or should he go to ER.
