My Friend Has Had Stage Three Throat Cancer That They

my friend has had stage three throat cancer that they say has moved to lung,,she started keytruda infusion therapy 5 days ago ,the last two days she has thrown up,says has headaches,is pale,has runny nose and has been sweating ,no fever,,she thinks its a cold ,I was with her thru all her chemo and radiation treatments,she did throw up a lot during that but the reaction to this seems to be different ,are these normal reactions to keytruda
