My Friend Has Hep C, He Says He Pushed His

my friend has hep c, he says he pushed his vehicle up an incline because he ran out of gas, but he can't hardly move now, severe pain on right side at the hip, shooting down his leg, most of the pain in groin area and in the backside, i got him advil told him to rest and eat, which he doesn't do very well
