My Friend Hasn't Been Able To Eat In 2 Days.

my friend hasn't been able to eat in 2 days. started vomiting (projectile) first just alot of bile, yesterday it green and today it is brown. even water comes right back up. tried doing the "BRAT" diet but none of it stayed down. he doesn't want to go to the hospital, so what can i do for him
