My Friend Is 86 Years Old And Most Of The

my friend is 86 years old and most of the time is getting confuse, forget and most importantly she cannot find the words, she knows what she wants to say but the word is not coming to her. Is this a sign of Alzheimer? I really would like to help her directing her to the correct doctor.
