My Friend Took Too Much Blood Thinner Enoxaparin....they Gave Her

my friend took too much blood thinner enoxaparin....they gave her a dosage almost twice as high as they should have. once last night and once this morning....she seems to be ok, except some dizziness and dark urine. she just had knee surgery and they were giving to her to prevent blood clots. is she ok? where do I find protamine sulfate? this site said its a neutralizer
