My Friend's Daughter Had A Baby With A Cavernous Hemangioma

my friend's daughter had a baby with a cavernous hemangioma of the neck - we are trying to see if there are any ideas out there regarding infant clothing for this type of situation. It is at the back of the neck/lower head.
