My Friends Lip Started Swelling A Couple Of Days Ago,

my friends lip started swelling a couple of days ago, the swelling has now moved up to one eye. Says that he has not eaten anything different. He also has not shaved in a couple of days. He is not taking any medication either. He tried some Benydril early this morning and then a couple more this afternoon, but the swelling has not subsided.
