My Friends Wife...69 ...has Lethargy, Creamy Stool Consistency, Moderate To

my friends wife...69 ...has lethargy, creamy stool consistency, moderate to severe dehydration requiring iv therapy, and gets the shakes( probably low electrolytes) Every test is negative for stool culture, o&p, no elevated enzymes etc. Nothing is abnormal but she had diarrhea that hs stopped n=but consistency is not normal.
