My Gf Had An Abortion Done A Month And Half

my gf had an abortion done a month and half ago. the gestation period was 4 weeks. now, after the abortion her first period was late and when it did happen was very heavy. excessive bleeding led to her doctor prescribing tranostat, which got the bleeding down. now she is having normal periods. however, she has started lactating and this is a cause for concern. pls advice
