My Girlfriend, 59 Yoa, Excellent Health In Checkups, Works Out,

my girlfriend, 59 yoa, excellent health in checkups, works out, walks, spent time bending over for yardwork. She developed a migraine that was somewhat persistent through last evening and speaking with her is still bothersome this evening. It had visual distortion and pain mainly on the side of her head. She says she's had it before but migraines far and few between. She remarked her 20 yo daughter doesn't like to bend over because of headache and prefers to squat to retrieve fallen objects. I'm somewhat concerned for both. Please tell me your impression ? Thank you.
