My Girlfriend Claimed To Have What She Thought Was A

my girlfriend claimed to have what she thought was a UTI so I just recently got checked for gonorrhea and Chlamydia . My test came back negative. Few days later I go to urinate and I see clear discharge with slight odor. I rarely have any uncomfort when urinating. What is causing discharge and did she give me a STD?
