My Girlfriend Has Been Having Breakthrough Bleeding Sense The Last

my girlfriend has been having breakthrough bleeding sense the last Sunday and she is freaking out and it's causing me to stress out really bad she is on birth control and antibiotics and I heard those to don't work together she has a medical history with stomach problems but I do t think that would mean anything all I'm wondering is there a logical explanation for this
