My Grandaughter Received 2 Of Her Flu Vaccines, Last In

my grandaughter received 2 of her Flu Vaccines, last in February and now contracted Pseudomonas Oryzihabitans a rare bacteria that she has had for 3 months now treated with the wrong antibiotic that do nothing and is now seeing a Contagious Disease Dr , should we contact CDC concering??..Dr office is acting quite sketchy at the moment...but my grand daughter may now need surgery
