My Granddaughter Age 22---has Itchy Rash On Knuckles, Elbows And

my granddaughter age 22---has itchy rash on knuckles, elbows and on feet top and bottom (doesn't sound like athletes foot) also is stating chest pain, palpitations, and dizziness. She was in emergency room about a month age with stomach problems where she was getting spasms that would come and go. She has no insurance at this time and is in between jobs..not sure whats going on can you give any advice?
