my granddaughter has hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy. she has started to get what seems like eczema spots on her body. as of late she has dry itchy burning and puffy eyes. like Eczema but dont think that is what it is. she has been tested for allergies - negative. any ideas. gentears has given her relief.
