My Grandson Has Been Projecting Vomiting Did It At School

my grandson has been projecting vomiting did it at school once and twice this evening at home. also last sat as well about three to four times before he stopped. this all started approx. 4 weeks ago. Took him to emergency and was told he has an upper respiratory infection and his ear is slightly red, he went to his pediatrician yesterday a we were told he as bronchitis and was given an antibiotic for this. forgot to tell you he has a cough for approx. two weeks or so
