My Grandson Is 7 And Is Having Trouble With His

my grandson is 7 and is having trouble with his bowels, he goes regularly but his movements are quite large, when he wipes his bottom and comes out of the toilet you can smell him and he insists he wipes properly but their are stains on his underwear. can you please help as this is embarrasing for him at school
