My Grandson Who Is Two And Half Years Old Is

my grandson who is two and half years old is suffering with severe cough. even doctor suggested and taken nebulisation. but no much improvement. In unavoidable I have given have given half a tablet of betnesol in the morning and night. please tell me using the betnesol will cause any problem. what are the side effects and immediately is there any worry.
