My Gyeacologist Told Me To Take Primolut Nor For 3

my gyeacologist told me to take primolut nor for 3 months but each months i should take it for 21 days then i stop and after my period for 5 days then i should continue but i dont really understand if i should wait until i see my period before i continue please help me
