My Gyn Told Me That I Had An Ulcer On

my gyn told me that I had an ulcer on my urethra. She said she was going to do a herpes. I am 67 and have not been sexually active for about 12 years. I noticed a problem while taking chemo two years ago in that my urine did not flow straight but seemed to spray. It is better now. Also have no symptoms. Should I be worried?
