My Hands Shake Slightly When I Don't Do Anything, It's

my hands shake slightly when i don't do anything, it's barely noticeable. but when I grip something (doesn't have to be hard) it starts to shake, a lot more noticeable. it's not to the point I can't do my daily activities and this all started about one month ago. Side note, I do suffer from panic disorder, is it related to that?
