My Head Is Reeling, Drazziness, Some Times Feels Chest Pulses

my head is reeling, drazziness, some times feels chest pulses and throat, some hot feeling in eyes, not willing to move in sunrays in day times, loss of memorise etc. I am feeling well in remain silent, even not to take pain to read/concentration. so eating renerve plus capsule could helpful to me or any remedial measures may suggest to help me. I am using reading glasses of +2 after tsting by physian 6 months back.
