My Husbahd Fell On The Ice And Bumped His Head

my husbahd fell on the ice and bumped his head - the back of his head not too swollen. We held ice on it for an hour or so. he kept moving around. would not let him lie down. just want to ask if we should continue the ice, and what to watch for. He does seem ok, tired and is lying down now. he's 84! no other injuries. lynn
