My Husband 74 Just Came Home From Work Sick.. It

my husband 74 just came home from work sick.. it is 11:30 he is very weak, sweating, vomiting much stomach pain, no fever. he just started eliquis yesterday. could that be it? he has atrial fib. dm , hi blood pressure please should I call an ambulance?
