My Husband Ataur Rahman 36 Years Old Suffered From High

my husband Ataur Rahman 36 years old suffered from high fever 104 for 4 days since 24 august 2015 on the second day he was admitted to hospital with complains was fever and he was treated with antibiotics injection(ceftron ,ceftriaxone) then for a day he couldnt eat vomiting was there .beside he claim for no abdominal pain , no other side effects , no diareah and no gondis. He is also diabetics patient and diabetics was not in control.Also within last 5 months he traveled to places like india and some of the villages frequently. For some more days feeling weak before fever came.
After admitted to hospital square Doctor suspected pyogenic abscess and treated with metronidazole(amodios) 400 mg 2+2+2
Cap cefixime (cef 3 Ds 400 mg) 1+0+1
and then we have done a blood test where as blood count CRP came down from 430 to 38 latest and all Alt (SGPT) 43, AST (SGOT) 18 all came under control


Then from 3rd september he is given chloroquine HCL 200 mg 1+0+1 2 days
Then 1+0+0 19days
Ciprocin 500 1+0+1 4 weeks

as blood count CRP came down from 430 to 38 latest and all Alt (SGPT) 43, AST (SGOT) 18 so now doctors suspecting to be Amebic abscess and all this as his pus couldnt be culture and now on CT scan features are suggestive of early lession at right lobe of the liver possibly initial stage of liver abscess.(CT features are not absolutely consistent with typical liver abscess and hence the strong suspicion of neoplasm couldnt be ruled) and on Ultra sound it says there is presence of an ill defined much thick and ragged walled space occupying lesion seen along the medical aspect of the right lobe. the approximate size of this lession is about 6.6 cmX6.7X 6.1 cm. there is ill defined echodense debris and some calcification seen along the central region of the SOL. it shows poor peripheral flow. this is possibly a liver abscess. and rest of the study appears normal.

Therefore as we couldnt know what is there and doctor here in our country couldnt tell exactly what abscess they are giving both pyogenic and amebic abscess treatment .could you please tell me is this treatment going is ok ?
