My Husband As Had Mental Health Issues For The Last

my husband as had mental health issues for the last 21 years the last time he saw the mental health was about a year ago as he as been fine but now he relapsed and hes worse then ever hes having conversations as though some one is in the house he says the telly talks to him and the walls this is getting worse and I carnt cope he dosent sleep at all do you think I should get intouch with mental health team who looked after him before
